Organization of the center

The members of this center are comprised of specialized researchers who are from the extremely wide range of fields such as psychology, molecular biology, physiology, electronics, food function science and information science from 4 research institutes and 4 graduate schools. The researchers create and build overall study system concerning “taste and odor sensing” and carry through basic studies and application studies which is followed by social implementation (industrialization) with full-scale backup from Kyushu University and cooperation with private companies.
